Terms & Policies: • Turn around time: Typically up to a week with rush service available • Rush orders Rush orders will take precedence over all other projects, can be done in one day and overnighted to you or picked up if you live in the Minneapolis area • Back up your masters: Please back up all of your master material. Tweak Sync is not responsible for lost, damaged or destroyed materials. If you mail your materials to TweaySync it may be a good idea to insure the items when you mail the items • All mastered CDs are guaranteed: If your final master CD doesn't work or is not accepted at the manufacturing plant, just let us know and we will gladly get you another at no additional charge • Payment Options: A 50% downpayment is required on all audio mastering projects with the remaining fees being paid before the final master is mailed. Payment may be made by money Order, certified check, company check, or personal check. Please note that company or personal checks must be cleared by the bank before final masters are mailed back to the client.
